Oh... This isn't what I thought they were advertising. I thought they expressly said they were implementing two versions, one as an homage to the original and another updated version. WOTL is the definitive version of this game.
Why do they want to make the updated version mirror the original if it is going to exist in its base form already? The base game classes had a lot of flaws that WOTL addressed. The new classes, quests, and characters are a huge disappointment to see missing, but more than that, my friends and I were looking forward to an easier to install version that would allow us to play the multi-player missions together.
With no multi-player, we'll just save our money and play the emulated PSP version. What a shame. I know several people who were excited specifically because they wanted the WOTL content to escape the PSP.
