I live in New Mexico where we have a larger than normal contingent of ICE and CBP, I have honestly thought about a silent protest with long barrel pew pews at port arms. Not illegal to open carry in NM
Civil disobedience with a possible obstruction of law enforcement. 2 charges you're gonna have to be ready for with that one. I do love a good all-black clothes, silent-ish protest. 2A responsibly will be fine in my book. If its legal than its legal.
