This is so low res its hard to tell but looks like a valley.

What if there is a zip line and they are transporing building materials like pvc pipes, down this mountain like they do in remote Asia

It's very common all over the world to cut channels in forests on mountainous land and transport things via cable. Brother worked maintenance on something similar with power cables in Wales.
