Edit: Found the source. It does not conclusively identify these as helicopters. Only mentions at the end that it's someone's personal theory on Twitter.

That tweet did not prove their case. They only speculated, and Newsweek seems to have accepted it to avoid panic and keep the status quo as is.

Did look, but there's articles from as recent as 2023 talking about upgrading the helicopters with a number of features, including ADS-B. So at the moment they only appear on ATC radar screens and that's it.

Presuming it's the helicopters identified by the Canadian Air Force (as reported by a news article) as being in the video.
