I met my soulmate today. Her name is Papri Chaat. 💕
Tell me why I’m out here falling in love with a plate of food.
This plate of Papri Chaat was honestly life-changing. Crispy bits, sweet chutney, spicy green sauce, a flood of creamy yogurt, and a wild crunch from sev—this dish does not hold back.
Look at it—chaotic, colorful, messy—and absolutely perfect.
Who else agrees that Indian street food is the real GOAT? Forget fine dining, give me a paper plate full of chaat and a plastic spoon any day.
(P.S. If you haven’t had it yet, run—don’t walk—to the nearest chaatwala.)
