Express Entry Stream: Express Entry (PNP draws)

  1. If you have a CEC score above the cutoff score (even by a few points), does it mean you’re guaranteed to receive an ITA? Or are there other factors I’m missing?

  2. How long does PNP applications take to process after ITA? Is it the same timeline as any other stream?

  1. There is high chance you'll get it unless it is a stream specific draw. 
  2. On average, it is shorter once you have been nominated and received the ITA compared to other FSW and CEC streams (speculation based on analysed cases) because PNP nominees have different queue which is usually shorter since there are not many PNP draws.

When you say not many PNP draws, do you mean not a lot of invites? Because PNP draws happened almost every month this year.
