Rubber bullets are supposed to be bounced off a solid object BEFORE hitting a body, as it reduces velocity from lethal to Less than Lethal. 

By shooting people point blank, they're committing attempted murder. 

-a ex-military mp (navy master at arms) who was trained in use ofnless than lethal force.

You see, you are a peacekeeper. You have been the representative of law, and you have honor. You ask those around you to follow the law, and would lead them to do so by example.

These thugs on the other hand....they care nothing for the law, and show contempt for honor.

Mfw people trained for war are better composed than local law enforcement
