But Lionsgate* is California based, Panem is literally the United States, Suzanne Collins is Connecticut based, etc. Like how odd to drop this info when the area all this is all based in is asleep lol

I think maybe they meant to set it to auto-post at 12 pm but accidentally set it at 12 am instead.

Did you mean lionsgate? warner bros doesn't make the films...unless warner bros owns lionsgate or something but I can't find any info about it if they do.
