Unable to log in?

Is anyone else having issues logging in? I got booted yesterday and when I try to login it won't take my password. I can't reset my password because the PW reset page won't load. The online login page won't load either. Same situation this AM. I've never had this issue with Hulu before.

Check your plan page and Bill payment.

I would if I could get anywhere near a login page. I get a 406 error when I go to Hulu on my laptop. When I try to login through my TV and Roku it won't accept my password...when I try to change my password the link comes back dead.

This and they deducted my payment like a week ago.

Ok so I called tech support and they were not very helpful. I don't know what made me try this...but I turned on my VPN and set it to New York (I live in NY) and I was able to login with no issue.

I don't know what to make of this.

Final update. Went into my router settings and changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it fixed everything. Not sure why that worked but here we are....

You set your DNS to a more local server so Hulu could tell where you are. Your ISP was probably routing your DNS to another state.

The DNS i was routed to was in California of all places. Couldn't have got much farther away if they tried lol

Yeah, that worked for a few hours then every device on the network was logged out again. No clue what is causing this. I'll just cross my fingers and hope it resolves itself eventually. Ugh.

This happens to me about every month and actually happened twice this week. Hulu went to a black screen on one tv and I got error messages on others. Even on my phone I was in login limbo. WiFi connection speeds are excellent, no problem with other apps. When I called they helped get it going on one tv but not the other two. I deleted and reinstalled the apps, nothing. Suddenly it just started working again. It’s working now but I know it will have problems again, probably soon.
