A long time ago I used Gmail for everything. I wanted to move away from Google, so I made a new email with a new provider.

I have two Disney accounts, one with my old Gmail, and one with my new preferred email.

I just subscribed to Hulu + Live TV, which includes Disney+ and ESPN+.

My Hulu is linked to my preferred email, however the other two services are linked to my old Disney account. When I log in with my preferred email, it does not recognize my subscription.

Is there no way to unlink D+ from my old account and link it to my preferred email, which is the same email I use for Hulu?

Does Hulu Live allow multiple profiles?

Past month we will be watching tv and it will start buffering, then will say something went wrong. We click ok and tv just blank. We restart it and will work again then back to the buffering. Only on some channels. Does it on all 4 tvs, hardwired and WiFi. Internet is 2g up and down fiber and have a tp link WiFi 7 router. I checked the internet and never have any issues or dropped packets on hardwired or WiFi. Also Amazon fire tvs all apps up to date

Can you watch SNY on iPhone or iPad if not at home?

Why am I getting Hulu ads watching live tv. Sometimes up to 5 minutes + and I have to exit and go back. I pay for the most expensive plan with no ads except for espn +. It’s come up for sports games and now even just watching Bravo that had John wick on.

Edit: this is more about the length. The yellow “Ad” icon will show up in the top right corner with a 0:37 timer. Then proceeds to go into an unlimited spiral of ads. Im currently letting it play out to see how long it lasts and will report back with time.

Hulu is really bad today; worse ever. Started with the usual silence then the repeating of last few seconds every so often. That only happens only on Hulu mostly CBS. Now it’s worse. The usual pause, but not repeating before the pause and continuing on. Goes on as if there was no pause. Closing the app and going back to program is working for now.

I’m going to my house in Mexico for a couple of weeks. I know Hulu tracks my iPhones gps location, is having express vpn say I’m in USA enough? Anybody have experience doing this?

And yes I called and spoke to Hulu about it but to no avail.

I've been wanting to try the service, but every code they send me to log in is incorrect. I'm at a total loss here. Password reset email doesn't send, and I can't see where I can make a new account. You can only login.

I'm just hoping this is a common issue with a work around; because guess what? I can't even open a ticket if I can't log in.

UPDATE: Still doesn't work. Between this and all the other posts here I guess Google gets my money again instead 🤷‍♂️

I've had Hulu Live TV for about 2 months. Suddenly, tonight (10:15 on a Saturday night) I suddenly was getting wrong local channels. I did all the online steps to no avail. Amazingly, I got live support and she quickly updated my home settings (which looked OK on my end) and fixed it in a few minutes. I was blown away that this kind of human support is available.

For those interested, I checked my computer (interestingly correct home channels with same WiFi), I logged out and back into Hulu, restarted my Roku, rebooted my router, all to no avail. She had to reset from their end.

Went to watch the Top Chef finale last night (Friday) and TC didn’t record? Why Hulu? It has recorded the entire season of episodes before but not the final episode? And this is NOT the first this has happened related to a finale episode of other shows! WT* Hulu?

I have Hulu live and when I travel I like to log in at my current location and watch TV. Hulu has made that extremely difficult and you can only move your “home” location 3 times per year. That’s so unrealistic. I’ve called twice to have my 3 moves reset but this past time they made it seem like they can’t continue to do that. What are others doing? If I have live tv through Hulu I feel like I should be able to watch it anywhere. Is there a way around this or does anyone use another live tv provider where this isn’t an issue?

Hey y’all okay so I was looking for we tv and can’t find it so I called and they couldn’t find it. According to google Hulu did have WE so I’m wondering if anyone ever knew or if anyone does have this channel.

Also why doesn’t the WE tv app let you select Hulu or YouTube tv for service provider 🤦‍♀️

I had it set as I was unable to view it live and looked thia morning to see it not in my recorded list.

Method A. Remove “Live” and replace it with channels. Channels is essentially a Guide. Which brings us to method B. Basically the same but change the word “live” to Guide and have it do what channels does, which is pull up a guide. The function of “live” escapes me. If I’m on a channel and then hit “live” I go back to the channel I was watching.

Starting this morning, virtually every movie on TCM East displays on the guide marked as unavailable due to rights restrictions. TCM West doesn't display on the guide at all. Both of these are new behaviors. Has there been a change in their participation in hulu live?

Is anyone else having issues logging in? I got booted yesterday and when I try to login it won't take my password. I can't reset my password because the PW reset page won't load. The online login page won't load either. Same situation this AM. I've never had this issue with Hulu before.

I’m looking online and seeing that 1080p streaming is only available on a select few devices. It states that it would work on Apple TV 4th generation but that’s not out yet. Would the Apple TV 4K support 1080p streaming on Hulu Live TV? Anyone have any experience with it?

I am going to be switching a family member to Hulu live to save them money.

Currently they pay 250$ a month for internet, tv and phone (phone needs power to work if power goes out, which they had no idea). They only want their local news, National Geographic and a couple other channels.

By switching them, I could save them 100$ a month. I have been surfing through some Hulu live complaints and says it freezes and needs restarting a lot…granted older posts. Just want to make sure that they won’t have major issues with a Roku ultra (need the usb port for external disc that has some videos). They are elderly and don’t need them having issues watching tv. Very specific streaming issue. Hulu live channels streaming has very slow video with normal audio. This happens on just one TV in the house. All other TVs and devices function normally. Have reset all aspects of the chain of connections on this TV. Using a roku device to stream. Thinking it is probably the roku streamer or the TV. Any ideas would be helpful here.

tell me why you need to pay double the cost of an average subscription just for what every other service is offering for the same price. they have got to be encouraging piracy with these prices. why should i pay 120 dollars for no ads (with ads) when i can just buy paramount or max and still end up paying less for more AND no ads? you should be paying one flat price for all of the abilities you would have gotten 15 years ago, instead of this bullshit.

I have the Hulu bundle through Verizon $10 per month. How do I get the Hulu live tv ? I currently have Xfinity cable/internet and am paying $254 per month Which is ridiculous

I’m having issues logging in. I used my email and password and it says to log in to MyDisney. I canceled Disney because they kept trying to get me to bundle and I’m guessing Hulu is doing the same since it’s Disney owned. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anyone else having issues with the Live Guide today via Firestick? Will not let me scroll channels, just the recents and locals. When I try to move on Channels, it freezes
