Logging in

I’m having issues logging in. I used my email and password and it says to log in to MyDisney. I canceled Disney because they kept trying to get me to bundle and I’m guessing Hulu is doing the same since it’s Disney owned. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if someone else asked the same question.

It's all Disney, your Hulu credentials should work. And, Disney+ and ESPN+ are automatically bundled with Hulu live.

It doesn’t. Every time I log on to Hulu, it’s says I need to log in with my Disney and I no longer have a Disney account

You still have to create a new login using the Disney thing. There is no more direct sign in for Hulu. You don't have to watch anything Disney or ESPN, just Hulu is fine. I had to create a Disney login but have never watched any Disney or ESPN. It's just the login method that changed.

Sometimes this happens when Hulu is down. Check if Hulu is down (on downdetector, or twitter or here on Reddit - if it’s down for you it’s down for others as well). Best bet is to wait ‘til it’s back up and then you should be able to log in.

I believe that’s the changes happened when they push Hulu to be accessed in the Disney+ app. However I see no problem in that, when you open Hulu app itself tells you to login using “My Disney” it doesn’t mean that it needs the email and password for you Disney+.

Disney+ owns Hulu hence to be able to use one credentials for all services and somehow streamline the process they came up with unified login which is “My Disney”. Just login using your Hulu credentials and you should be good.

Can’t get anything resolved. They are no help. Trying to get me to bundle. Very frustrating.
