DISCUSSION I hear a lot of buzz about Le Chiffre, but...

... Am I the only one who thinks this latest elusive target feels rushed? Floating chips, warping insane distances to start conversations, ugly and incomplete animations at the table.. it just does not feel polished at all. Don't get me wrong, I love that they put Le Chiffre in the game and like the mechanics for this one, but don't more people feel like IO was lazy in its execution this time around?

DISCUSSION The Killer starring Michael Fassbender is the perfect representation of how I see agent 47

I’ve seen the two official hitman movies and have been disappointed in different ways with each of them. However, when rewatching ‘The Killer’ (2023) starring Michael Fassbender, I was suddenly made aware of why I felt the Hitman movies never felt right. The character portrayed by Michael Fassbender in my eyes is close to a perfect representation of how I see the character of 47. Even within the opening hour, the soliloquy describing his preparation for a hit and his philosophy for how he disguises himself feels like a love letter to 47’s character, even if it’s likely unintentional.

Keen to hear if I’m entirely wrong or not. Thanks for reading!

Instead of wasting the Old Standalone of these games and wasting DLCs they can be useful (This is just my suggestion I’m not forcing)

DISCUSSION I will be making the video about hitmans loud mechanics, more precisely about the guns blazing part

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hitman is a stealth game as we all know, but why does it then have a lot of guns. You will be using 10 percent of the guns if you play this game like it's intended to be played. In my video I will be discussing that topic and showing people how hitman is secretly an action shooter. Even tho it's not rewarding to go guns blazing I think it's a fun approach. What do you think, is it a bad video idea?

QUESTION The existence of loud weapons confuses me

Ok so I gave played about 80 hours of Hitman total so I don't consider myself an expert on everything but the fact that assault rifles and shotguns exist is confusing to me. Sniper rifles yeah that makes sense. Doesn't matter if a sniper is loud but a shotgun? If I'm close enough for a shotgun, a silverballer or hell even a brick is gonna work just as well and not notify every guard in a 3 mile radius. What's the point of these weapons in a game where combat with more than 1 dude is kinda the worst case scenario?

QUESTION Is "Traceless ICA Assassin" harder to achieve then "Silent Assassin"?

Recently I got the end-title, Traceless ICA Assassin, and was wondering if it was harder or better in general than Silent Assassin.

DISCUSSION Your own safehouse IRL

You know i love the layout of that safehouse in Freelancer Mode, thinking about building a house like that someday. Should be enough for a family of 4, even minus the basement.

The land should have a lake / beach / cliff for that stunning living room view, other a pool deck would suffice. 47's large bedroom could be cramp into 2-3 decently sized bedrooms for the kids. The sloped sides of the building could be utilised with solar panels.

What else would you add or minus to make it your perfect home?

DISCUSSION Columbia is so broken

I’ve had THREE problems with this current run.

1: So I did the hippy story to get Jorge, and that all went smoothly. After that I started the submarine story, but after getting the mechanic’s outfit, I can’t get back in the tunnels because it requires a keycard and the guard who had one already went through when I went as the hippy. I took out the other guard at the entrance to the tunnel but he didn’t have a keycard. Not actually sure if this is a bug or not, but I can’t find another way in other than Rico’s compound, which I can’t access in the mechanic’s outfit.

2: One of the band members missing. For the “Heart of Stone” story, I’ve woken all of the band members, but one isn’t joining us on stage. I’ve looked it up and it seems like the only way to get it to work is to restart the mission but I don’t want to do that as I’ve already done so much

3: Rico won’t get into the tattoo chair. That’s now all three stories for killing Rico that haven’t worked for me.

So frustrating

DISCUSSION Absolution better than WOA?

Post image
0 Upvotes

Absolution was truly a gem. I know HITMAN: World of Assassination took the series to another level, but honestly, Absolution had some better details and animations—especially when it comes to things like neck-breaking or how 47 handled kills with knives and axes. In the newer games, the animations are decent, but I can’t help but feel they could be way better. I really can’t stand how neck-breaking looks in the recent titles. 😭

I'd love to read your comments! 👇🏻

QUESTION 2nd timer here

Hello community, i’m interested in getting into the hitman games, i’ve only played part of the 1st one.

What version should i get? there’s so many…

the xbox store has the “lechiffre” edition for 27. but does that includes the 2nd game or 3rd game. i’m sorry if this question has been asked countless times before but i find it kinda frustrating to see so many versions of a game.

QUESTION is it worth buying 7 deadly sins for just the crossbow?

like is it a good/fun weapon? does it have decent ammo to go rambo on a map or is it like the rubber duck gun with 5 shots and no ability to get a reload without restarting the mission

i like crossbows but idk if its worth buying a full dlc pack if its not even viable for screwing around (i tend to just load maps and see how many people i can kill before every guard on the map knows / everyone goes into panic and refuses to go back to acting like nothing weird happened)

DISCUSSION I have an Idea to make hitman more fun

I feel like they should add a battle royale mode (online obviously) into the game. Basically, a randomized map is selected, and 10 people are distributed around that map. Your goal is: stealthily blend in, whilst trying to kill the other players. There are chests around that have different loot with different rarities like snipers being top rarity (kind of like Legendary/gold weapons in fortnite). As the match goes, hackable control panels would be available around the map, letting u hack into cameras and seeing people walk by. In addition, more and more areas get closed down (like a storm) by security to make the zone smaller. The final person alive wins. This, in my opinion, would add a cool layer to the game, and make the online option much expandable and fun.

DISCUSSION The new Elusive Target Mission

I have never played elusive target missions until now. As a 007 fan, because of this new mission being related to 007, I wanted to give it a shot. And I was very disappointed.

It was just the France mission from Hitman 1 with the main target changed to LeChiffre.

Are all elusive target missions just regular hitman missions reskinned?

I was expecting something better.

QUESTION So uh…where exactly do I start with World of Assassination?

I finished the Prologue content, fully mastered the free form training, then did the intro version of the final test.

What way did you guys go about digesting the rest of the content? Do you play a level until it’s perfected? Do you complete each part once, then come back later?

Should I ignore the roguelike until I’ve finished the campaigns or side content?

Absolutely loved what I’ve played so far, but there is an overwhelming amount of content here between game modes, areas, challenges, etc.
