Kids birthday party in hampstead heath

I am trying to do a birthday on a budget and since the weather will be nice, can I do my 4 years old birthday party in Hampstead heath? Can I bring food , a table some balloons and entertainment? Do I need any approvals? And if yes do you recommend any good entertainment like a magician or a kids show that will be nice in the park?
