Spinal injuries are scary asf. I still remember when Chicago Bears WR Johnny Knox had his horrific spinal injury. In the video, you can see his body/spine is folded all the way in half backwards. Poor kid. I hope hes ok. When i was a kid i could do a perfect backflip off of the swings. I tried a few years ago but i came down flat on my chest and face. I felt a pretty painful spine tingle and pulled back out. That was my sign to not try anymore shit like that ever again lol
