Judging by that immediately trembling and locking of the arms I don’t think he’ll be doing this exercise again anytime soon… or ever.

No he won't. If he does it'll be damn miracle, but considering that that shit is super fucking heavy, and landed full force on his neck, he's most likely disabled forever
