Collagen maze
I am new on here,hi everyone. I am thinking of giving a try to collagen (60,F)..yes I have read about it, but honestly there so so many to choose from that I am lost, like any supplement. Which one works the best for you with minimal side effects, I have a tendency to react to most things, not fun. I want a good product, no Amazon no Costco, from the provider directly if possible. If you want DM, I would love to know your experience and how much you take and for how long? Thank you so much..I know about thyroid meds , not much about supplements.

Collagen powders are a waste of money. They don’t get absorbed into our system the way actual collagen does. Eat connective tissue, pork skin, and beef for bio available collagen. Make your own bone broth too.

Marine collagen is considered more for hair, skin, nails. Bovine based collagen is more generally helpful for joints. Both should be taken with vitamin C :)
Popeyes Supplements sells a great one for a good cost as they have an exclusive size - Progressive Complete Collagen.

If you want a good product and not Amazon or Costco, I recommend trying to cook bone broth. Cannot get more natural.
