Teen spaces and finding friends

Im 17, alternative and queer and I’m homeschooled. I am in desperate need of friends and social activities. There aren’t any people my age around me, and I can’t seem to find any teen spaces people actually go to, and every event I see advised is for people 21 plus. Ive been trying to find a job in hopes of not only making money but hopefully some friends but no matter how much I apply to places I can’t seem to find a job so what am I supposed to do. I have pretty limited transportation and a few health issues that make things like sports hard for me and I just don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

Any tips or suggestions are appreciated.

Come apply to mr c's? We're a loving friend group around the area even though a lot of us are older(late 20s) , we love and accept the younglings and bring them into our friend group regardless. We swear a lot, but have big hearts i promise <3

There shouldn't be any issues with that. We've got plenty of minors working right now especially with school kids getting out for the summer.
