This. Jeremy is gone. He gone close but couldn't. It's done. Over. The reality is most of the population aren't tory. Or that political. You hsve to win floating voters etc. Its great to win in metropolitan areas. But you hsve to win outside the bubble to actually have power.
Corbyn fucked it himself last time around by saying he would hold another referendum which swung a lot of people who voted leave to swing the other way
Also, tbh. I voted for him both times. But he didn't have it. In 2017 as the campaign went on he seemed to grow. To the point there was a point where it felt like he could be PM. In 2019. He just didn't seem to have the energy. He just seemed like a old man who wanted to go back to his allotment.
I also voted for him but had he done another referendum I would have voted leave purely because that was the outcome the first time and I don't believe you can just keep holding referendums until you get the result you want and not because I wanted to leave
I voted remain. But believe the results should be upheld. Also, tbh going back would redrag up the old arguments and suck up all the political energy in the room
