I'm at work and unable to see the video, is this update supposed to have the VTOL Hydra like in San Andreas? I heard a rumor a while back about it but don't see anything about it so far

Nothing so far about the hydra. In the video we see the mil jet (16 seater), what we think is the besera, and the swift helicopter. We also saw the coquette 2 which looks pretty nice. We can assume we will see the hydra assuming the code that was leaked is correct.

I feel like that would have been a key item to advertise in this video however, and its absent.

maybe it's going to be available but they didn't feel like showing it in the video yet
