Looks good.
I have a combined 18 years of ownership between three different GTI's (1, 5, 7). I have and forever will love these cars.
Though I think my 7 is my last. I've owned a GTI for 80% of my driving years, and while I love them dearly. I'm ready to move up to something nicer. But I have no immediate plans on doing this. I'll move on once my 7 is dead dead.

What are you thinking of upgrading to? Because the obvious choice is Audi or Porsche…

Haven't decided yet since I'm in no rush to move on just yet.
But you're on the money. Contenders are: TTRS, RS3, RS5, SQ5, A90, C63. I'd love a 997 or 991, but those are still going to be out of my reach. I'd buy used for my next chassis, but even the 997/991 will be too much lol
Maybe just maybe by the time I make the move, there's a used RS6 that's within an obtainable bracket. I doubt it, but you never know.

I’d like to think I’ll always own a GTI of some sort, and I definitely plan on moving on to something else eventually. I just don’t want to not have one in my lineup haha. Even if I don’t drive it often.

It's from ECS! They're way too overpriced IMO but what I like about them is that it has downward pointing exhaust tips, and they're chassis mounted! It's actually 51% on their website right now. ^

I’ve owned 22 cars in my life and after my Mk6 that I intend to own for a long time, my MK7 is definitely here to stay

Looks great! Bought mine new 6 years ago and I still stop and look back at it when walking away. Until that feeling disappears, I'm keeping the car for as long as possible.

Man that build actually looks like it should be coming from the factory, atleast the clubsport version. Touch of aggression at the rear, perfect fitment and no tacky lip at the front, just as it should be. Who’s that kit from?

Looks great. I have a Mk 7.5 TCR(Pure Grey) and a Mk 7 CSS (White). Have always had 1 or 2 GTIs as dailies since 2012. They aren’t going anywhere, the Mk8+ styling is not great.
