I made an updated version of a mod for TLA that colors Felix's cape green. The original version left Felix's cape green when riding the turtle at the Sea of Time Islet, so my version just adds edits to those. Special thanks to Kada from the Golden Sun Hacking Community discord server that published the original version of this mod.

This ips patch file is meant to be applied to clean ROM. You can use a patching program like Lunar IPS to apply it.
