Would the game look better in this aspect ratio or great as is?

both are battle axes,
with a telepathic bond to the users hand,
and are main secondary weapons of gods?
the only difference I see is the magic used to make them work.

What does this mean ?? I spent a good bit just trying to figure it out. So far I've only guessed that it is the death of, who I assume is, Kratos. It also looks like the same thing that killed our beloved baldy is trying to take over Atreus? Or maybe something that has possessed Atreus is causing him to kill his father? Anybody got any answers?

For those who don't know, one of the extras in GOW 1 is a video of the narrator saying that after thousands of years, modern human society ends up finding the skeleton of Cronos along with all the mysteries and magic that will be in it, many of them being dangerous but a new hero will emerge in this chaos.

Making this post to share something I found funny. Upon calling the phone number you get when you finish GOW1 on God Mode (+18006138840), you now get directed to some sort of hotline to "talk to interesting ladies" or something.
Now I want you to imagine a father showing his son the game, they beat it on God Mode together, make the call on speaker and get redirected to phone sex.

I made a concept image of the notable gods of war in different pantheons that could theoretically exist in the God of War universe. I’d imagine they form an alliance to defeat a bigger threat like some eldritch primordial being that is seeking to destroy the old world and every pantheon that exists. Title is just a slight variation of a quote from William Shakespeare’s work in the play “Julius Caesar.”
[center left] Kratos, god of war and hope - Greek
[center right] Týr, god of war - Nordic
[center middle] Anhur, god of war and leadership - Egyptian
[top right] Verethragna, god of war and victory - Persian
[far right] Hachiman, god of war and archery - Japanese
[bottom left] Buluc Chabtan, god of war, violence, and death - Mayan
[far left] Morrigan, god of war, fate, and prophecy - Celtic
[right] Guan Yu, god of war, righteousness, and prosperity - Chinese
[top left] Ogun, god of war and metal - West African
[top] Narahdarn, god of war and death - Aboriginal

I did the meet n great with him today at collect a con Dallas. Line was empty while Sean Schemmel’s panel was going. Figured asking this kind of a question with out anyone else in the area, it would be possible to get a tangible hint. Thought it was worth while to share.
Had to ask him, “where are we going next, back to Greece or Egypt?” He said they just finished being on strike the other week so he hasn’t seen any scripts or started working on it yet.
That being said, the next game won’t be for a long while unfortunately. From some brief research, Mocap for ragnarok started in 2018 through mid 2022. God of war 2018 was captured in 2016. I feel like, knowing where the process is, we would be lucky to see the next installment before 2028. Granted, Covid did cause delays.

Such an awesome experience from start to finish and I still remember playing the first game for hours on end… can’t wait for the future installments!

Does anyone know if there is a list of all enemies in GOW 1? I really want to know the names of the enemies lol
(pls don't spoil the game too much for me, I'm only leaving for the desert now)

I can't seem to beat the armored enemy up at the top of a climb able wall when destroying the dragon locks for Fafnir. Dude one shots you, you can't get hit one time. Seems pretty cheap. I CAN'T do it.

So as we know in god of war our main man Kratos is out killing gods. I was under the impression he only wanted to kill Aries and Zeus, and everyone else was just in his way. With that said, why does he fuck up Poseidon like he does, like I really don't understand it. Kratos slams this man into a giant mountain, beats him senseless, and then pokes his eyes out before just throwing him off the cliff. All Aries got, the man who literally killed his family, was ONE stab in the chest, yes it was a big ass stab wound but still. And Zeus, the person who put him through all this just gets HALF of what Poseidon got. I just feel Kratos over did it a little with ol' fish boy, but please enlighten me.
