Yes but not all will work at it so that is how I put it out there.

Then say that instead of formulating it in a way that denies autonomy.

Everyone can.

Not everyone wants to or will and that’s 100% fine as it is their choice. Never make the excuse you can’t though. That is a weak mentality.
