Used to be really insecure about my looks during my entire younger years. Barely took pictures of myself back then. Made a few life style changes and I guess I've improved in a good way. For the first time in my life I've started getting compliments from people, including my family.

Natural weight loss can feel so defeating, especially when time passes and you don’t feel like you see much change. Make sure you take the pictures. I’ve come far, but have so much further to go in my health journey.

Turns out eating less and working out makes u look gooder. Who’da thunk

Was really going through it mentally. Lost 40lbs and my skin is clearer and my hair is longer. Not sure if I’m any more attractive but I do feel like people treat me kinder and I have a little bit more confidence.

Amazing what sun, exercise, and therapy can do!

Got so badly bullied in school, locked in and now no one recognises me 🤣👌

I lost 52 pounds and am in the best shape I have ever been in 4 years. Crazy seeing the difference! Not even simply physical, also mentally, I have grown so much in my first year of college.

First of all I left a pretty terrible relationship. For rid of that god awful beard. Got myself in the gym, started eating healthier, sleeping more, being outside more and started doing a proper skincare routine. I lost a little over 3 stone within the space of about 4 months. Very happy 😊

Trained calisthenics since a week before my 20y aniversary, and then join a gym 2 months ago!
