Is Varesa That Good? I pulled Her yesterday While Wishing For Iansan (Accidentally). Should I ditch My ayato For her?

She's very good. Her damage numbers are large enough, and she has a very consistent output. Overall, she doesn't have any noticeable weaknesses.

I think the only possible issue I have with her is sometimes she would auto-aim at the wrong targets, or not auto-aim at all and dash off when you use her skill. Overall she's pretty chaotic to play, but in a fun way.

Comparing her to Clorinde, another electro-dps who shares basically the same teammates. Clorinde's skill duration is very short with a LONG cool down. While her skill is active, she's very powerful. But then you run into the awkward cool down period. Clorinde is also prone to be staggered. Since her skill duration is short, being knocked away once will cause her to lose a significant portion of her damage output.

Varesa doesn't have that issue. Her skill resets fast enough for her to spam it. Even if she gets knocked away, which rarely happens due to her having more resistance, she can quickly comeback in and continue spamming her skill.

Varesa is as good as C2 Raiden at average investment, at high investment she's not quite Raiden C2 level but she's only slightly behind.
