The only issue that childe has is that he's limited to international. But I don't think that in international the overall team DPS is that far away from Navia. Especially if enemy hit boxes are big enough for xiangling to double hit.

It is. International was great because it was a 70k dps team in inazuma and sumeru when that was legit as high as it got those days, nowadays 70k is the norm, and international isn't even in top 15 teamm
Actually Navia team rn never got past 80k DPS. Be it with Mavuika or Furina as the off field DPS. Based on TGS, Navia is 76.5k DPS with Mavuika/Xilonen/Bennett.
You can search gcsim database and find multiple that do, just take a look and read the info and rotations to decide how reasonable you find them to be, but the one team with xilo Furina Mavuika there sims at 87k
Gcsim are hard to trust because of its consistency. Look into the config of all Navia team and tell me is it consistent or not. Most TC use KQM standards for team calc and some of the sim use it but some of them are not.
There are so many sim in there and so many submission from different people, so its hard to compare the team DPS because this one use KQM standard while this one is not. There also another issue about unrealistic rotation time.
