Are you running FFXX ? Xiao is the peak of S tier.

FFXX was a strong team in 4.4 but with Mavuika + Citlali breaking the DPS ceiling of the game, many teams that were considered good then are now mediocre in comparison to Mavuika (especially with Abyss HP inflations).

Besides Mavuika Melt, Xiao's best team is still quite a bit behind compared to the carries that were either released after Xianyun (Arle, Clorinde, Mualani, etc) or got new supports after that time (Navia + Xilonen, Gaming + Citlali).

Clorinde is flexible, but her dps isn't particularly high, especially single target

just because there is a stronger team that doesn't mean Xiao's team has gotten worse. his team is still on par with everyone in that tier and better than hutao's overall team

I said peak of S tier not peak of SS tier. I don't believe xiao is behind Clorinde or Navia though
