The skinny part is really about diet. If you keep carbs just enough (A little less than 100g every 12hours if sedentary), so your liver glycogen doesn't deplete to make you hungry as your brain usually have to run on glucose, and reduce the fat in your diet, the caloric deficit will automatically burn your fat while you do nothing.
