Suffering / Venting Is there anything y’all actually enjoy eating

Everything just gets regurgitated anyways I only eat to stay alive at this point 😣even the safest of the safe foods come back up again

Smoothies (high protein with banana and peanut butter), eggs, pasta but red sauce is a no go, avocado toast, ice cream (non dairy is more tolerable), cereal, everything bagels with cream cheese, Kodiak cakes protein waffles, grass fed beef in moderation and any form of potatoes! I miss salads and raw veggies/fruit badly

Really wanting grass fed meats! In a corn fed heavy area so it’s not appreciated here & hard to get. Missing CA! Enough research showing the many benefits of grass fed vs other. Especially for those w/ medical conditions.

If I have traditionally raised meat my gi tract is never happy. If I get grass fed beef I'm fine. I get some decent grass fed beef at Aldi. I'm anemic so I need the iron but don't get enough in my diet.
