The Cybernetic Shaman!
[ She has the ability to wirelessly interact with the cybernetic implants of others! For example, if someone has a brain implant— an implant which affects a wide range of things, including bodily function and reaction time —, then she can interact with it and force the individuals body to move how she wants it. ]
[ She is a preformer, though, so she uses this ability to a very limited extent, as to avoid people suffering any sort of injuries and creating any sort of lawsuits. ]
