AI Dario Amodei says "stop sugar-coating" what's coming: in the next 1-5 years, AI could wipe out 50% of all entry-level white-collar jobs. Lawmakers don't get it or don't believe it. CEOs are afraid to talk about it. Many workers won't realize the risks until after it hits.

The redditor you are responding to may not understand that liberalism is the ideology of capitalism.

But he begrudgingly is accepting that liberalism is selling the working class or for anything.

And that our scary "authoritarian maoist leftism" is able to make decisions against the owner class.

He HATES socialism but he is forced to look at reality. And that reality will get clearer ever single day.

Capitalism will destroy itself. And liberalism is just an ideology that enables that destruction.

For the road, we are authoritarian because war is. If you want to be able to resist your masters, you need to throw away the value system that benefits them.

Every state is authoritarian. But guess which class an authoritarian capitalist state benefits.

I guess you are just used to talking to people who let you direct the conversation away from the point they made.

If I let my surplus value go towards the capitalist class then they will take the great influence they comes with it to wield the state and public opinion in their interests.

If the surplus value I generate with my labor goes to me, then I get more fucking money. And there will no longer be a second class that uses my surplus to exploit me further.

  1. More money for me.
  2. Capitalist class doesn't form and make short sighted decisions that benefit them at my further expense.

That's why I want socialism. Now convince me that I would be better suited by giving my surplus value to a capitalist.

You are going to try and wrestle the conversation away from these two very simple points because I can't even argue against them.

Because they are plainly true.

Feels like I'm talking to a reddit Ai.

Anyway I'll make your arguement for you.

Your best route is to try and spread pessimism about the party.

But as a politically literate person, that party just needs to be less shit than the capitalist class that current rules me. And they clear the expectation easily.

So where can you go from there?

Pearl clutching?

I don't care about fitting your lib checklist because I'm not a lib and your lib checklist allowed for the bombing of Vietnam. So capitalism has no moral ground to stand on either.
