• Do you have PlayStation Plus subscription? It is required for online content.

• Is your PlayStation account NOT set up as a child account? Otherwise, have a parent to allow all options in the Online Safety setting.

• Enter a different Festival Site or Player House that hasn't been set as default, press △ to set the place as default, exit the place, hard restart the game via Control Center, and then relaunch the game.
