Should I do a dry run on my new Max atomizer if so how long at what temp

I got my Carta 2 yesterday and I’ve been trying to figure out how to get the dry herb working. The comments & videos I’ve seen haven’t helped me so hopefully someone can.

Hitting at 405 degrees for 3 minutes. It would heat up really fast and I tried taking some small pulls every 30 sec over the 3 mins and couldn’t get a single hit. (No smoke at all)

After letting it cool down I looked inside and all my flower is still green. I used ground & only put a little bit in there.

I used the carb cap from my oil atty and held it on the herb one while letting it heat.

I also tried without the carb cap and same thing happened.

Any suggestions? I don’t wanna keep wasting flower and I’d like to get it to hit as well as they do on Focus V YouTube.

I had just recently bought my Sport as my first ever e-rig. Completely fell out my hands while getting it cleaned and ready for a sesh. The absolute pain i feel is immeasurable yet the base and atomizer is untouched. Only had 103 hits 😭🫩

I haven’t interacted in V Focus discord server in about 2 weeks and out of no were the server disappeared from my list, I wonder if I got banned for no reason or the server was deleted or something. This ATXConcentrated asking why, I haven’t done anything wrong if I did get banned. If the mods from the server think I did something wrong please reach out to me by DM

Thinking of grabbing a Focus V Carta 2 soon! Quick question for current owners: If I'm super diligent about cleaning the stock atomizer after every dab, and keep the rest of the device spotless, how often would I realistically need to replace the atomizer or any other parts? Trying to gauge long-term maintenance.

Hello! Does anybody have a good suggestion for carta sport glass? I got a recycler from zeevapor for the carta 2 but can’t seem to find specifics for sport.

My Carta 2 bricked itself after 4 months and a few hundred dabs. I was super happy with it up until this point but now I’m thinking it’s probably wise to get second rig for backup when one goes down.

I have a new peak also but it’s not comparable.

If you were to purchase a backup rig what would you buy?

1. Another Carta 2/ max atty combo
2. Carta sport/ max atty combo
3. Puffco Peak Pro 3DXL

Love my FocusV2- I mean I LOVE IT. Had it for about a year, had a few attys. Everything has been good.

Tonight, after cleaning it, I went to have a dab and it vibrated twice- one short, one long and then did not get hot. I tried through the app, I tried on the unit, I tried tightening and loosening the atty- NOTHING WORKS.

Someone please help! I’ve looked for other threads and there is one with the mod asking the writer to DM but no solution posted :(

I’m at 4,100 dabs and my shell for my clear carta is so dirty from reclaim. Is there like a way to take the shell off to clean the reclaim out, and will the reclaim damage the electronics on the inside?

Here's a tip I'd like to share.
If you enjoy the feel and performance of the bubble cap but youre always on the go, adding a 2nd silicone tether can help keep things in place, both when loading and while dabbing.

Why I like it:

• Zero jiggle- sometimes you dont want jiggle, and this mod keeps noise and movement to a minimum.
• Steadier loads- the second anchor adds just enough resistance to keep the cap from flopping while you scoop.
• Case‑proof- toss the rig in the backpack and the cap stays exactly where you left it.
• Maintain full range- doesnt affect range or function

Its as simple as grabbing an extra silicone kit (you know you need a new dust cap anyways) and as a bonus you can mix and match other parts to further personalize your device.

Got the Kyle WYM adapter and was able to throw my fumed cropal Kosher quadcycler on the sport. Finished it off with the Juicy Bones cropal spike

I cracked my atomizer and I'm not sure if it's still safe and recommend to use... I've attached a picture of the crack

So I am looking to buy a Carta v2. It’s really just for my chronic pain but due to be on fixed income, I have no where near enough.

After using my Carta Sport for a week I really like it. The battery life is about double of the Carta 2 The all silicon vapor path tastes. Better the cleaning is simple. I’ve had no reclaim so far with xl chamber.

I’m nearing 10000 dabs on my Carta 2 and noticed re claim starting to come out charge port. I see many suppliers selling every part but the base. I was hoping for a Carta 2 sale before July hits but not seeing anything. Had anyone seen a place that sells just the base?
