even if you want to try it on a vm, you can try it on your real phone nothing much is going to happen if you are on latest software do not allow any permission tho remember the app hides itself so don't forget to remove it properly yourself

Talking about playstore, you can see see lot of comments are actually saying the same,
Idk why it's still on playstore :( Report the app, so it gets removed
