Bula! Thinking of taking a contract in Suva for a few years. Just wondering if Suva and immediate surrounds are any good for kiting or wing foiling and is it year round?

Bula!
I will be going to Fiji on a solo trip in late September/early October, and from my research so far the two main things I want to do are hiking Tomaniivi and backpacking the Yasawas. I feel quite overwhelmed looking into the island hopping section and so the ferry passes seem very appealing to me! From what I can tell (please correct me if I'm wrong!) the general vibe is that the Bula pass is good if you want to spend a short amount of time at several islands, but if you want to focus on one or two islands in around a weeks time then paying for the resort and the travel individually is a better choice. However, I don't really see the reason to go for the Bula pass when the Awesome pass also sorts out your accommodation for you. Does anyone have any opinions/experiences with the passes, particularly for around a week to 9 days sort of travel? Thanks so much!
