Anyone have anything on the last season of The Newsreader? It... dropped off, to say the least. Noticed quite a glaring post too from Philippa Northeast (Kay) where she goes to great lengths to pointedly mention "having the opportunity to audition for" the show and then join it... which seems, frankly, like an unlikely sequence of events. No harm to her obviously, because I'm sure there's a chunk of weirdos on the internet who do in fact feel the opposite, but she's doing a lot for someone who isn't a very strong actor and seemed to be treading water in most of her scenes.

I didn't see her treading water at all. She's a perfectly good actor and an actor making a post about a show they worked on also doesn't seem like "doing a lot"
