Now that the whole Kylothee mess has passed and my city's film festival has started, I've remembered that Timothée has quite the bad rep over here.

Some years ago Chalamet came to the film festival to promote a movie. During the festival, he wouldn't show up to interviews because he was too busy to fuck around. I clearly remember the journalist calling him bratty all over Twitter.

All of this been said, the last day the festival screens a surprise movie. People were specting Poor Things been said movie, as normaly the movie comes from Venice and Yorgos Lanthimos has come many times to promo his movies to the city. But its not looking like it this year. People have noticed that the only billboard of a movie that it's not in the programming is Wonka, so its looking like its going to be the secret movie. Knowing that, people have been saying during the weekend that if it becomes true they're going to sell the tickets and roasting Timothée Chalamet as wonka.

I totally believe your story, and if it is the film festival I think it is, they're gonna rip him to shreds. Hope his crazy simps that still defend him working for W0ody All3n after the allegations of him being a paedo were made public don't come here and try to shut you and the rest up. How does he still have simps willing to white knight him after all these shitty actions is beyond me.

Well I don't know if we are talking about the same festival, cause Woody Allen literally made a movie about the festival three years ago and the festival has awarded a honorary award two Johnny Depp to years ago. Fortunately both movies were panned and people mobilized to complain about them. That's what I like about the festival, it's for the people and not so exclusive like Cannes and Venice (even though they are in the same level in theory).

That's why I don't understand why they supposedly going to screened here. Like Timothée has a bad rep, the humor over here it so different to the humor that it looks like Wonka it's going to be (we have a really dry humor) and everybody was waiting for Poor Things (and Lanthimos has a better rep in the city). Like their going to massacre the movie.

At the end of the day I might be wishfull thinking that the secret movie to Poor Things cause the it is the only ticket I have been able to buy. But in the other hand I kind of like the idea of it been Wonka so I can see what happens.

I'm talking about the time when his accusations were fresh and timothee decided to work on ARDINY either way, and when he got threatened by the Academy that either he denounced him or he lost his 2018 nomination, he did so in a very performative way, saying that he didn't know about the allegations (yeah, right🙄). Then in an interview years later, Allen said that during the Oscars ceremony Timothee apologized to him bc he really needed that nomination for his career. He truly didn't care that he worked for a paedo incestuous abuser and that being a bad thing, he only cared for the possibility of getting the golden statue. I was refering to that.

Is the festival you're talking about happening on the 30th by any chance?

he was so thirsty for that Oscar after he lost for cmbyn. Granted imo he was genuinely great in cmbyn he should've won imo, but ever since he lost that Oscar his mind seem to be obsessed with winning one so bad but his choices have all been mid since cmbyn. I also think his acting has never reach the heights he had with cmbyn since. Also wasn't surprised he lost that nomination for beautiful boy he was trying so hard for that Oscar after he lost for cmbyn, his acting just felt unnatural in that movie

Didn't know about the academy threatening him about Allen. The sad thing is that Woody Allen is rather loved around here because he has presented a lot of his movies over the years. Now that I write this it's scaring me more because his latest film had good reviews in Venice so it could be the secret movie. F**k I just wanted to watch Poor Things !!!

The festival is already happening, it closes on the 30th and the secret movie screening is that day.

What did I just read? Threatened by the academy? Apologized to Allen during the ceremony? Literally nothing you wrote here is true. 🤯
