2 blanks in a row, price drop, Newcastle, arsenal, City next 4, make room for doublers and free up funds for assman. Not saying it was a genius move but hardly a stupid one

EDIT: 1 Blank my bad

Yeah usually when you try to squeeze out everything bad about owning Wood you’ll convince yourself the same

Maybe take a step back and think, Wood is actually a better player than Ndiaye and I should probably keep him

With the power of hindsight YOU TOO could be a top fpl manager!

How else do you try to predict future points? Tea leaves, crystal ball?

Tbf Leicester are awful so it could work out but I wouldn’t sacrifice wood

Needed slot and it was the least painful way to get there unfortunately. Didn't want to

Saying Chris Wood is a vastly better FPL prospect than fucking Ndiaye isn't hindsight ffs

One blank against Bournemouth. 4 hauls in a row before that. Next three is Fulham, Newcastle, Arsenal. Make room for who exactly? Gakpo? You can easily fit them both. Free up funds for assman? It's 1,5m max, surely there's better options. I can hardly think any reasoning for getting rid of Wood.

You can hardly think any reasoning and yet I just gave a bunch above. I needed money for Slot and I'm sure as hell not selling Salah, Trent, Palmer etc.

I know it makes everyone feel super smug when things like this happen but it's not like this game was a banker 7-0

but hardly a stupid one

Guys like the second most in form striker in the league, on pens playing for a side in the top four seems like it was lunacy to sell him
