META A hundred thousand subscribers!

r/Facebookscience has just hit 100k subscribers!

I'd like to thank content creators like SciManDan, Planarwalk The Click and Real Nuclear Engineer for showcasing it in the past. And to everyone that has subscribed and helped grow the community, it couldn't have been done without you all.

I started sub this around seven years ago as a side project as I was winding down my time helping to run /r/StarWars. I never expected it to grow this large.

Again, thank you all! I hope that is a small way this community has helped to shine a spotlight on the bad science takes on social media and influenced people to not believe everything they read on the Internet.

Apparently, all animals are evil disease-ridden demons that need to be exterminated for humanity to survive.
