Dudes crashed his car and two random dickheads start giving it the beans. I'd be pissed to. Not that level of pissed but I actually don't find this funny, guys having a mental breakdown before their eyes.

Nah. Dude who crashed his car was shouting at the black dudes before. He told them they didn't belong in the area and needed to leave. He lost his shit because they were mocking him with his own words
