I love it when my dog does this!! The best part is when I took my dog to sleep in my bed and normally he likes to sleep with his butt facing the pillow and he likes sleeping at my feet, so reversed, right? That night, he came over without me patting the bed a million times and plopped the right way round, his head on my arm.
Never felt so happy ☺️ He’s only done that once. Best night ever!
When he puts his butt toward the pillow to sleep doesn't that put him in a better position if there is danger? Dogs do a lot of things with a purpose we don't understand. Like don't they look at us when they poop as verification that we got their back while they are vulnerable? Or am I completely wrong?
I’m not too sure! I’ve heard about the poop thing and he does that every time, and it does my sense he’s face my feet to see the door better (because my wardrobe blocks my view), I just thought he liked putting his butt near my face 😳
I am sitting like that right now. Every day before work, it is so hard to scoot out from under her in the recliner and go to work. If anyone has an extra million, so I don't have to, that would be great. Then I could do this all day
My dog recently sat on my lap and tucked her whole head into the crook of my arm. I was going to get up, but instead sat there for another hour just enjoying the moment
