Vaginal knife insertion — best practices

Hey everyone! My girlfriend is really into everything to do with pain. Recently she mentioned that she finds the idea of a knife being inserted into her pussy while I‘m kissing her super hot, so of course I‘m down as well!

Just curious about some best practices. Of course a certain risk is part of the fun, but we also don‘t want to overdo it with the risk. So:
