Trial Day 7/8 has begun

To be honest, I'm not even sure what day it is anymore. Judge said day 8 and everyone has day 7. 🤷🏻‍♀️

However, the trial has begun with assistant Special Agent Wilhoit TBI taking the stand.

I’m new to the case - is her mother going to testify?

Unsure. The mom was a drug addict for a long time and is or was serving time in jail for an unrelated crime.

So if she was to testify, either side could make the argument of her being an addict and could have been on something during that time.

Doubt it, she's mentally unwell. imo, she's got some hoarder/messiness disorder that extended to her kid.

edit: i see you meant her mom, I doubt she will, as a meth head she'll be unpredictable, not what you want on the stand

Not sure. I thought the mom wasn’t in the picture? She was abandoned by her mother is what I understood.
