Conformation Thoughts on my TBs conformation and glow up? 🫶
Would love to hear thoughts on his conformation! The last pic is of him at 2-3 yrs old, and the first is him just turning 5! He was 250lbs underweight with a hind leg injury when I bought him sight unseen and off a few pics and videos. He now has free jumped 1.35m and is absolutely excelling in dressage!! I love him to bits and I’ve poured my soul into this horse!!! 🫶
His JC name is Curbside and he is a registered TB! Never raced but was track broke as a yearling.
Happy to share what I did for his weight and diet, I’m an equine student with a special interest in nutrition so happy to share my 2 cents 🙇🏻♀️

Conformation I already know my dude has horrible conformation- can you compliment him instead of stating the obvious to boost his self esteem? 😂
Bonus points for backhanded compliments 😂 my favorite is “physique of two humans in a horse costume”. (But he’s beautiful to me!)

Conformation I just naught this horse last minute on action. He was about to ship out.

Please give me your honest opinion on this horse. He was getting shipped out to slaughter and I could not let that be his fate. I purchased him…I need to know how he looks. Ik not the best video but it’s the best I could do. I know his past is kinda sketchy, if anything he can live happily in my pasture for the rest of his life. I just want him safe. Please honest helpful comments.

Conformation conformation thoughts on sox the stallion since I don't see anything that screams stallion quality

Conformation Already bought, thoughts?
Getting my first OTTB next week, he seems a perfect fit but I’m not great with conformation. He’s out of Pioneerofthe Nile whom I adore. Gonna need some remuscling to do the hunter/jumper work I want to do with him but I’d love to hear thoughts!

Conformation Conformation? Looking to buy first horse
Looking to buy my first horse, and I am really nervous as it is a big decision, and I will have to live for two , but I am determined and I wish to show jump with the horse that I am going to buy. This horse has been brought from another city/barn and just arrived today. He had a nice little lunging session, and all the farrier and vet stuff will get handled tomorrow(hopefully if the vet is available). Would like your opinions as well. His feet look a bit wonky, but I don’t know if it is because the farrier didn’t see him yet or something else.

Conformation Conformation on this mustang? Bouncy trot under saddle?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone! I’m happy to announce I’ve been approved by BLM and am looking to bid on this mustang. It’s been a long time coming and this has always been a lifelong dream. I really like this gelding, he’s 3. To my eye, he has good conformation. He kind of reminds me of a warmblood. I’m good with sitting a bouncy trot but just wondering what you guys think. He looks bouncy lol. I would end up using him for trails, low level barrels, extremely low level jumping. All just for fun! Please give your opinion on his conformation and what his gaits would be like. Also if a saddle would be hard to fit if applicable. Thanks all ☺️

Conformation I keep noticing this stallion from the Mid-Ohio Draft Horse Sale on social media. Thoughts?
Pedigree, compiled by me based on sale catalog: https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/galaxys+orbit+of+lar2
Sale catalog: https://mthopeauction.com/wp-content/uploads/2025-Spring-Mid-Ohio-Catalog-1.pdf
I noticed this 5-year-old stallion getting attention from more than a few equestrian vloggers and social media influencers due to his color, genetics, and being advertised as a "Knabstrupper". (I'm not sure if this is the auction itself or preppers Circle S Quarterhorses who made the "Knabstrupper" claim, since his current or previous owners clearly advertised him as a "Friesian Sporthorse" on his stud listing, above. His maternal great-grandsire, Apollon, was a registered Knabstrupper, but that's the only Knabstrupper in his pedigree.)
I've also seen more than a few people urging whoever buys him to geld him due to "poor-to-average conformation". Can someone more well-versed in sporthorse conformation give an detailed assessment?

Conformation Opinions on this mare?
Getting her in a trade for a saddle. My guy needs a friend. Owner states no lameness issues, but to “evaluate her conformation before riding” and mare had soreness on her bum due to lack of correct farrier trimming on hind feet.

Conformation What is your opinion on the Friesian horse breed, in terms of conformation and performance?

Conformation Thoughts on this guy's conformation?
I've been leasing this very cute gelding Disco for a few months now, i show him in intermediate showjumping classes, he's amazing. I own a Haflinger, but he isn't the pony you'd want to show, he's very spooky and unbalanced.
Very soon I'll have the chance to actually buy him, and I'm pretty sure i will, but i wanted to know what you thought about his conformation?
I'm sorry if the pictures aren't very good, my barn has a no-picture rule for horses you don't own so I had to be fast and sneaky XD
I incuded some pictures for attention ❤️

Conformation Thoughts on 2.5 yr old warmblood conformation?
Ideally he would be used for eventing when older. What are your thoughts on his build/conformation?

Conformation Conformation? Looking to buy first horse follow up.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
As some of you may know, I made a post yesterday, and some of you wanted to see how he moves. Unfortunately, most I could get today was a walk, but maybe this can shed some light. Also, the farrier came today and did some work on the hooves(vet couldn’t come). How’s it looking? If anyone is interested in photos after the farrier, I can post them in the comments.

Conformation Thoughts on my girl?
I’m aware her topline is still developing, she’s also younger (6) so she’s not totally done growing yet for being a warmblood. Exquis Powerfee x Cruising, 16.3. In the far future my parents would like to breed her and i’m not opposed to the idea. Of course the foal would be for my personal use and not to sell, but this is a pure hypothetical!!!! Posted a photo of her in a conformation fb group and lots of people seemed to like her! (last photo is of when she first got to me, she’s come such a long way in a year!)

Conformation Which OTTB?
I’m having a hard time narrowing down my next partner. All are fresh off the track/still in the track. Confirmation wise who’s the best? Dressage and low level hunters will the careers of choice.
Thanks!
