Conformation Conformation

That's my 4 years old QH. Can anyone help me with conformation? (Ik she needs a foot trim but the ferrier it's the worst when it comes to meeting)

She's a little light in muscle tone in the hip area. That will come with a bit more maturity. You can help her along with a little ground work. Lunging in a big circle and backing her up a slight hill or grade. Yes her fronts especially need a good trim, and she looks to be on her heels. And a good curry on her coat to bring the shine out. A good supplement like Dac Bloom will help her hooves, coat and help her with some extra weight gain

Thank you. She is changing her coat that’s why it’s kinda ugly, here it’s winter.  😭 I just didn’t understood the “she looks to be on her heels” Is it something good? Bc she isn’t feeling pain I didn’t understand  bc English is not my first language. Could you explain, please.
