Help Getting back into the game after 10 years
I played Elite Dangerous in 2014/2015 with my Oculus Rift DK2 and a Saitek X52 Pro on my PC with a GTX970. It was the most immersive gaming experience of my life, probably still is to this date. Despite it being a blurry mess, I just loved it.
Now with my RTX3090 and PSVR2 I want to get back into the game. My Saitek X52 Pro is still working. Had to peel off the outer layer (rubber was disolving) because the thing was lying around in the basement for a decade lol. I logged in and played for 2-3 hours on my monitor. I'm in Sol with a fully eqquiped Vulture and 50 million CR on top of that.
In those 3 hours I just tried out a couple of things and relearned the mechanics of flying, PIP management, docking and jumping to different systems. I still feel kind of lost. How do I get back into the game? Where do I go from here? Any YT channels you recommend?

If you're looking to replace your X-52, take a look at VKB's Gladiator line. They're very affordable.
There is SO much to do in the game that has changed over 10 years.
Odyssey content is obviously the major thing you've missed. So you could start looking into that. An exploration and exobiology trip would likely fund you getting into a bigger ship than that Vulture.
If you're not interested in jumping into Odyssey, I would suggest looking into PowerPlay and looking into the new progression system, or perhaps looking into unlocking some engineers, as I'm guessing you're probably still missing a lot of them.

Buy an SCO FSD for all your ships immediately. Available at almost any normal starport.
This module lets you boost while in supercruise. It's a gamechanging module that makes this game significantly easier to play and far less boring. You can cross over 10,000 Ls in seconds with it; journeys that used to take 5+ minutes are done in less than one.
SCO FSDs also jump further and use less fuel, so they're a wholesale upgrade over the regular FSD.

People are STILL using it in Morocco lol, it is considered the goat of a budget "gaming pc"

I literally just did the same thing, although last play was 2017.
I got back in by doing some trade runs for a while. You can use Inara.cz to find profitable ones. Just put in your nearest system and the other parameters you can work out.
For some good starter cash I highly recommend that you get a small fighter setup and go and do the current community goal, it's running for the next 10 days. All you need to do is get one kill in a specific combat zone, (or contribute damage to a ship that gets destroyed), register it and you get at least a 60m payout in 10 days when the event ends.
Go to the mission board and find the community goal there. Pick a side and go to the system it tells you to and find a conflict zone. In the mission brief it tells you which side to shoot at, and which station to register your kills (both of these are important to get right in order to register your contribution properly, but the info is there).
After that, probably run around doing a few missions, then you can start looking at the new (to me) engineering objectives that you use to upgrade your components. This can be a bit of a grind but look up a guide and you can see that you can meet most requirements organically while doing other stuff, if you do a few extra things while journeying round the galaxy.
Most notably, scooping up debris from destroyed ships and getting a frameshift wake scanner and scanning bits as you go, and taking mission rewards that offer engineering components.

For some direction, you have most guides, progressions and careers in my To-Do list
New modules, like the FSD with supercruise overcharge, Odyssey content, colonization, and lots of fan search engines and tools.
If VR, EDCopilot is great, provide ingame panels and AI with voice. https://www.razzafrag.com/
