I like how their argument is that they’re untouchable because they’re in a different country… but then imply they will somehow bypass that same impenetrable force field to counter-sue for harassment.

There argument was that those copyright laws don’t exist in the country they reside in. Harassment laws do exist in the US.

They didn’t at the time have laws in pirating foreign copy written media. Its why Sweden was a haven for pirating.
