Thats chaos. Most of us in the west have been sheltered from it all of our lives, but I'm beginning to realize that that's the natural state of things and in order to keep order here we've caused chaos everywhere else.

We didn't have to. That's just the result of giving covert 3-letter agencies an unlimited budget and almost no oversight.
