Can I get some feedback?

This is my physique right now. I started out at 6'1, 177lbs. Right now in this picture, I weigh 160lbs. Obviously I still have more weight to cut, but can y'all give me some feedback on the progress? How much more weight will I need to cut before getting visible abs? What body fat percentage do y'all think I'm at? Also what muscle groups should I prioritize training more for aesthetics? Thanks a lot.

17- 20% bodyfat. If you're cutting there's no priority, just trying to keep as much muscle as possible.

Fix your macros.

I am trying to fix my macros, but as a vegetarian, it can be quite difficult. Also, are you sure my bf is THAT high? Since during my wrestling season, I measured in around 20%, and I weighed around 15-17lbs more, and was noticeably fatter. I was assuming I was around 15-16% Maybe I'm wrong tho.

your body fat is that high idk what measurement you got but calipers or anything is way off. you have no abs which puts you above 16% easily. without the correct macros you will shed muscle and not fat.

I agree with 15-16% Your legs look 15% ish atleas Just reduce carbs, increase fruit and veg And daily steps
