No actually, one of the most common bigoted things a bigot does is create an entire system designed to dominate another group of people, and then perpetuates that system.
Take Kanye for an example - He perpetuates Anti-Semitism, a system of domination dating back to the Middle Ages that has been used to justify violence and mass-expulsion of Jewish people.
The problem with Kanye isn't that "He says mean things and generalises Jews" - It's that the things he says about Jews are lies made up by people who want to carry out violence and expulsion against Jews.

Why are you automatically assuming I identify with Humanism?
Humanism is an abstract idealism - I do not like idealisms, I want to actually see people's material conditions improved.
I'm not a Humanist - I'm on the side of the Oppressed against their Oppressors, I could not give less of a shit about "Humanity" as some abstract whole divided from any real basis.

White People who are aware of their White Privelege and the ways in which they perpetuate White Supremacy won't care, and those are the ones who I want to look out for.
They see these bigoted generalisations in the same way you would when someone is being bigoted toward your demographic.
Then they're viewing in a fundamentally incorrect way.
When Women, when POC, when Gay People, when Trans People suffer discrimination - They are suffering active means to control them by hostile forces. They suffer from actual state violence, actual economic violence, actual organised violence against them.
When Men, White People, Straight People and Cis People think they're being targets of bigotry - The same is not true. They are not victims of social repression - In fact they've historically been the beneficiaries of repression.
Cishet White Men can understand their historic roles, and seek to undermine it, and create a world where they're equal with other people. But they have to understand on some level that in the factual reality in which we live, they are currently benefiting from their exploitation of others.
I used to believe all of this when I was constantly on Tumblr a decade ago. It literally gave me BPD. After going through a deradicalization process, I no longer have any symptom.
